We had dealt with Vance 10 1/2 years ago, buying a 2000 Cartier Lincoln Town
Car. Although disappointed that that model car is now mostly unavailable, we
still wanted a luxury Lincoln auto. We knew that Vance would be able to help
us, therefore we asked for him at the Sewell dealership. The car we wanted was
not on their lot, and Vance searched until he found one near enough to Odessa
to be practical to get it. The experience was very efficient and pleasant, and
we are enjoying our new Lincoln

In 1955 I
worked for Commercial Credit Corporation, 308 N. Jackson. Sewell was at the old location, I was a loan manager, Jim
Spivey was 6'9" 300lbs, our office manager. We bought a lot of paper at the time, little floor planning...Jim
ordered the first T-Bird Sewell was allocated. One day Jim got a cal, the transport was in, the T-Bird was on it,
think it was powder blue. Jim nearly tore our front door down going to see his new T-Bird....Are you ready???? Jim
could not fit in, just too big, the seat would not go back far enough for him to get his legs under the steering
wheel to apply the brakes or foot feed, came back with tears in his eyes...
End of story................

I worked with Fleet Manager Vance Lane to locate a 2010 Ford
F150 Lariat 4x4. Vance worked dilinently to locate existing unit
within Ford's network. He could not locate unit with specified options and
ended up ordering unit with preferred options. Unit arrived within timeframe quoted with all equipment per my
request. Vance is very knowledgeable of Ford's product line and committed to good customer service. Vance was
available most of the time during the search process. If not he always returned my calls. Vance is a very
enjoyable sales person to work with and I will definitely work with him on future units required for our
company.

If Sewell does not have what we want on the lot, Vance will
find it for us and have it on the lot by the next day. We have seven purchases
with Sewell, and have used Vance every time. Dealing with Vance is a true pleasure, non stressful and very
professional. Vance, thanks for giving us that "Sewell VIP" treatment all these years, and many more to
come.

Dear Mr. Sewell - Please accept my sincere thanks for your invitation to the
recent Ford presentation of new vehicles at the Odessa Country Club. As usual, Sewell held a professional,
informative and enjoyable event. The food and beverages were outstanding and as an older customer I found the
musical group was excellent, playing selections which were memorable, pleasant and weren't offensive.
The new line of vehicles from Ford was impressive. I have been a customer of Sewell Ford since 1980 and have
purchased numerous vehicles (approximately 20) with never a bad experience. I feel this is due to the superlative
employees at your dealership from Management, to Sales, to Parts and Service. In particular, such persons as
Paul Crump, Bobby Biggs, Robert Simmons, Mike Merrill, Vance lane and many others too numerous to mention.
Although I am not in the market at current time for a vehicle, I will continue to choose Sewell whenever
possible.
I feel that Ford's decision not to participate in the so-called bail out from the Federal government is
prudent and one to be complimented.

Vance, I don't know how to put into words how grateful I am for the way you sell
cars and that Britton told you about me. You have set a high standard in my book as I felt no pressure. and that I
could trust you about everything I asked. I really appreciate you as I hope Sewell Ford does, which I know they
must. I can say this as I've met salesmen I never used again as they would talk so fast I couldn't think. Thanks

I just wanted to drop a line to all of you kolks at Sewell at Odessa. Since 1997,
I have driven a lot of work vehicles that were purchased at Sewell and had service performed there as well. After
some maintenance was done on one of my work trucks, I was so pleased that I began to take my personal vehicles
there. The service I have received from your service and parts departments has been unequalled by any in my car
driving experience. In the course of getting some work done on one of my vehicles, I met one of your sales reps by
the name of Vance Lane. Vance has sent me some sort of communication for over four years, (latest truck changes,
new lines etc.) In December of '08, we had need of a used vehicle and we swung by your used car lot to look around.
We were greeted by one of the guys who asked if needed some assistance or info. I said that we were looking to buy
a used vehicle and that I had chatted with Vance in the past. The gentleman promptly called Vance over from the
other lot and one of my most pleasant and stress free car purchases began. We test drove several vehicles and Vance
gave us the "Ho down" on each of them. From beginning to end, he was straightforward and helpful. Long story short
is, we always had your service department at the top of our list and now won't shop for a car unless we swing by

Mr. Sewell - I recently purchased a new Lincoln Navigator from you and I wanted to
take a few minutes of your time to let you know my feelings in dealing with your people. I know that most people
are quick to write or call when there are problems, but I felt that you should hear from someone who is very
pleased.
I did not shop around for price. As a matter of fact the last couple of vehicles I
have bought I shopped more for sales staff and dealerships that I wanted to deal with rather than price. I have a
good friend that works for you that constantly tells me of the many good things that you do, not only for your
employees but for the community.
I called Vance Lane and told him that I had been looking at Navigators for the
last 3-4 years but on hearing about the new Expedition EL and the amenities it offers, I wanted to know just what
else could the Navigator offer for the extra $8,000. I didn't get a sales pitch but rather a conversation with a
friend that concluded that the only way to know for sure if the Navigator was worth the extra money was to drive
them both so the decision could be made by me. He then arranged for a new Expedition to be brought out for us to
drive for a couple of days, then exchanged it with with anew Navigator. It blew my mind that something like this
would be possible but it was invaluable in helping us make up our mind. Also, Steve Lane delivered these vehicles
and was extremely knowledgeable about how everything worked and went over each vehicle with us. There was never a
hint of rush or pressure and I was never made to feel obligated. I must say that it seems that most of today's
dealerships have moved toward the "Hard Sale" and "Gotta Buy It Now" attitude. Each member of your staff that I
came in contact with were always helpful and never a hint of pushing to get a sale but rather helpful and
friendly.
Shane Dixon helped finalize all the paperwork and he was extremely friendly and
although we were for time, he visited with us as if he was our neighbor as he processed all the paperwork that had
to be done and explained what all he was doing at the same time.
I felt I had to let you know (from an outsider's view) that your organization
functions more like a team that has a goal of seeing that we got what "WE" really wanted. I really appreciate that
and will sing the praises of your team to all my friends. Thank You -
